"They got my no-cheese request right"
I really appreciated that they actually paid attention to my no-cheese request and got it right. It sounds small, but it makes a big difference. I’m glad it was handled without any hassle, and I’d expect that kind of care to come with a little appreciation or compensation when customers make special requests

"Good pizza, but felt brushed off"
The pizza itself was actually tasty, and the crust came out just right. I just felt a little dismissed when I had a question, like they didn’t really want to deal with me. So yeah, the food was good, but the experience could’ve been better.

Went with the kids. It was okay. Food was decent. Staff was nice. The place felt a little cramped and loud though. Not super relaxing. Kids ate without complaining, so that was a win. I’d maybe go back. Not my top choice.

"Food showed up nice and hot"
Ordered from Mici Italian last night, the food showed up hotter than I expected. I was kind of assuming it might be lukewarm by the time it got here, but nope, it was actually really good.

The pizza was still hot and not soggy, which I always worry about with delivery. The pasta was warm all the way through too, though I kept wondering if I was just extra hungry and being too impressed by that.

Either way, it made the meal way better. It’s a simple thing, but getting hot food delivered makes a big difference. I’d give it 5 stars

"Good options when everyone eats different stuff"
Mici worked out well for us. I’ve got some diet stuff to work around, and my kids are picky in their own way, so pizza can be kind of a headache. But they had enough choices that everyone found something. The gluten free crust was actually good, not weird or crumbly, and ordering online was simple. Doesn’t always go that smooth with pizza places, so yeah, this was a nice find.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
Ordered dinner after work and it got here way quicker than I figured it would. The tracker was easy to follow, and the driver showed up while everything was still hot. Always a win.
that was pretty much all I needed. No sitting around wondering where it was. No calls or hassle. Just a simple order and fast delivery. I'd use miciitalian.com again.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered from miciitalian.com not really knowing what to expect, and it ended up being smoother than I thought it would be. The checkout was easy, the food showed up the way I ordered it, and it tasted good. I was kind of expecting at least one little issue like a missing item or a clunky website, but everything was straightforward. No real complaints, I’d order again.

"Parking was actually not a whole ordeal"
I went to Mici parking was way easier than I expected. I was fully prepared to circle the lot like some kind of hungry parking-lot vulture, especially around dinner time, but I found a spot close without much drama. The lot was definitely busy, so it wasn’t completely effortless, but compared to the usual nonsense of picking up food, it was totally fine. Makes grabbing dinner way less annoying. Solid 4 stars from me

"Good, but I’m starting to expect it to be hit or miss"
I do like Mici overall, and when it’s good, it’s really good. But after a few visits, I’ve kind of started assuming it’s going to be a toss-up. Sometimes the pizza comes out hot with a great crust and plenty of toppings, and other times it’s a little soggy or feels like they went light on everything.

The staff has usually been friendly, and pickup is simple, so I don’t have many complaints there. I just wish the food felt more consistent, especially since it’s not exactly cheap. At this point, I still go, but I’m usually hoping I catch them on one of the good days.

My order was missing one item at first, which was a bit annoying, but customer support replied quickly and got it sorted out. The food was actually really good too, maybe even better than... well, I’ll just say I’d order again. Giving it 4 stars.

I ordered dinner from Mici and was so relieved by how solid the portions were. The pasta was super filling, and I actually had leftovers for later, which felt like a tiny miracle. It wasn’t some gigantic mountain of food, but it was definitely enough for me. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the side had been just a little bigger, because I was weirdly sad when that part was gone...

I order from Mici often, and one thing I really like is how the rewards add up without much effort. I got a free item on my last order, and the whole process in the app was super easy. Nothing complicated or annoying, just a nice little perk for ordering food I already enjoy.

I stopped by for a quick dinner and it was fine. They’ve got a decent amount of pizzas and pasta, so you won’t be stuck with nothing to choose from. That said, I kind of expected a few more side options or something lighter, and it was a little disappointing there. Still, it did the job and I’d probably go back if I needed something easy...

"Ordering worked, but the site felt a little clunky"
I ordered from Mici Italian and overall it was fine. I found the menu easily, but making changes in the cart was kind of annoying, and checkout took me a couple tries before it finally went through. I did get my order without any issues, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest process, if that makes sense. The mobile site could definitely be a bit easier to use.

"Honestly, I’m a sucker for quick service"
I’ll admit, I get a little impatient when places are busy, so I was pleasantly surprised here. The food came out fast even though the restaurant was packed, and it was really nice not having to sit around waiting forever.
